1. Services

Jazline Exporters Pvt. Ltd. (India) and Jazline General Trading LLC (UAE) provide freight forwarding, customs clearance, CEPA Form-I filing, and related trade services for the India-UAE corridor. Services are subject to the terms of individual service agreements.

2. CEPA Filing

CEPA Form-I filing is performed based on documents provided by the client. Jazline is not responsible for CEPA rejection arising from incorrect product information, HS codes, or documents provided by the client. We verify documents before filing but cannot guarantee acceptance for items outside our control.

3. Liability

Jazline's liability is limited to the freight charges paid for a specific shipment. We are not liable for consequential losses, market losses, or losses arising from customs delays beyond our control. Full liability terms are set out in individual service agreements.

4. Governing Law

Services provided from India are governed by Indian law. Services provided from UAE are governed by UAE law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Cochin courts (India services) or Ajman courts (UAE services).
